the
level
we
expect
from
a
UX
intern.
Alex
demonstrated
that
he
is
able
to
understand
the
challenge
in
a
short
period
of
time
and
create
a
suitable
design.
He
is
critical,
motivated,
creative,
communicative
and
eager
to
learn.
Engineering
is
very
enthusiastic
about
his
design
and
indicated
that
Alex
has
shown
them,
through
his
work,
that
UX
is
more
than
just
a
coat
of
paint.
Briefing.
Half-way
into
development
engineering
realised
they
needed
a
design.
Initially
there
were
no
design
hours
scheduled
for
this
project,
but
engineering
realised
while
they
were
halfway
into
developing
the
Power
Apps
application
that
they
needed
a
design.
They
asked
me
if
I
could
make
the
current
UI
look
nice.
My
biggest
challenge
was
to
convince
them
that
there
needed
to
be
done
more
then
that.
